How much is delivery?
Delivery charges depend on the order value and distance. Please give us a call to find out charges for different account types, as well as timeframes and availability information.

When will orders arrive?
Wherever possible, we will deliver/you can collect your order the next day if you order before 10am. In some instances, same day collection can be arranged. If you need your order delivered over the weekend, please call your local branch to arrange. Please note, our Consett branch is closed on weekends.
Where will my delivery be made?
Deliveries will be made to the nearest curbside at the delivery address you provided to us. Our drivers will unload your order from the vehicle for you. If you are working from within a building site, our friendly drivers will do their best to get your items as close to where you need them as possible but they will be restricted by the access available due to the size of our vehicle.
